playdate...

Caleb, Jacob and Sydni had a playdate at the miniature golf course on Saturday. They have been patiently waiting for this course to open so Diane decided to treat them by having some friends join them. We played lots of golf and they all had fun. They are ready for their little golf camp later this month.



After golf, Granny Gran and I took the kids to the pool since some of Sydni's friends were going over there. It felt so good to be in the water but it was also a very tiring day.

Edited to add: After swimming, I took the kids to Sonic to pick up dinner; while we are waiting Sydni tells me she has a "Gripz" stuck in her nose. I turn around and say "what?" and she repeated it. That crazy little girl had put a bunch of "Gripz" in her hand and bent down to suck them in to her mouth -- and one accidentally got sucked up her nose. She tried her best to push it out from the outside but it didn't work -- so I had to tell her to hold her other nostril down and blow out -- it took a while but it finally FLEW out and the boys thought it was the coolest thing. First Jacob with a rock then Sydni with a "Gripz" -- not sure what to expect from Caleb.
