Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

All the kids are Harry Potter fans. Jacob and Sydni are reading the series now so they were all excited to go out and see the latest movie last night. They all enjoyed it and can't wait for the second part to come out in 2011.

One of Sydni's friends, Kayla, went with us and first we headed to dinner at Chili's. The kids actually started singing The Star Spangled Banner at the table -- not just any version but the Texas Stars version where you shout at STARS during the song.





Then it was off to see the movie. And no spoilers here but I will say that it was an awesome movie. The kids favorite parts of the movie as told on the way home:
Sydni: Nagini the snake's appearance
Jacob: the Horcrux being destroyed
Kayla: when the deer came out
Caleb: ::snore:: he was asleep on the way home and didn't want to be interiewed for this piece
